sshyp v1.5.1 has been released!

This is a large bugfix release focused on fixing issues that may put-off new users of sshyp. No compatibility-breaking changes were made, however, it is recommended that you update any extensions (such as sshyp-mfa) from the extension manager to take advantage of some fixes.

sshyp v1.5.0 has been released and is the largest update to sshyp yet! This release implements a new curses-based menu system, a new config file format, security improvements, and lots of other features, fixes, and optimizations.

Due to the drastic changes made in this update, a new config file needs to be generated with 'sshyp init' before sshyp v1.5.0 can be used.

'sshyp tweak' has been repurposed as the optional configuration menu that allows quickly configuring optional settings and settings that have already been set; this new menu is now used for installing and removing extensions (on all platforms except for Haiku and Termux), so be sure to uninstall any extensions installed as system packages to avoid conflicts.

As is usually the case with large updates, make sure all clients and servers are updated to this release (it is not backwards compatible with sshyp v1.4.X).

CRITICAL: sshyp v1.4.3 has been released featuring backported fixes and workarounds for major bugs found while developing the next major release, v1.5.0. One of these bugs involves data loss if renaming a folder with only one client attached to a server, and as such, folder renaming has been disabled for v1.4.3.

A proper fix to allow for folder renaming has been completed for v1.5.0, but since it breaks compatibility with all previous versions of sshyp, I have opted to only disable the renaming for v1.4.3 and roll out the complete fix in v1.5.0.

sshyp v1.4.2 has been released with completed WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) support, the introduction of a framework for only including platform-specific code in ports, and various fixes. Click here for a more detailed changelog and download links. Due to sshyp-mfa not yet having an officially published WSL port, please refer to this experimental build of the extension (only for WSL).

sshyp has come a long way recently with the introduction of a new argument-handling system, zsh completion, improved extension support, and more.

Additionally, sshyp will soon be gaining an official WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) Ubuntu package. The experimental port is already available here, and the experimental WSL port of sshyp-mfa is available here.
